We're looking at an inevitable energy transition for the whole planet. How many jobs does that got in it for goodness sake? Every house has to be retro-fitted. Lots of stuff to do, lots of stuff to get excited about.

We need to fix our mind around a vision of where we're going and not the fear of what we're losing. We can do this thing!
